what we can see from the 2020 toilet paper shortage

“We will run out of toilet paper!”

It started out as a myth. And this was just one of the causes of the shortage, but we all reacted to the chain. Photos of empty shelves on social media spread all over the country and caused us unnecessary worry which made people buy piles of toilet paper.

People panicked and this chain reaction could be human nature. But I wonder if we are actually in a constant panic situation all the time?

We are so busy with ourselves and have no time to think about what we really need to know, why we need to buy this and that. And it is easy for people to just do what others do to get through the moment without understanding if it’s actually necessary.

We see this “Deal Ends Today!” Or “50% Off!” And panic. We want to get rid of the anxiety of the panic, and buy, and waste.

If we don't let ourselves get swept away by what we see on social media we will have more time to think about ourselves and that eventually makes us happy.

Do I really need "that"? It might give you a desire for the moment but for the long term, that action might make you regret it and possibly, might be hurting someone who was involved in the products and hurting Earth.

Think twice!
